We expected way more from this hotel than what we received. Firstly the floors were dirty and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor for our entire stay. We had the jetted bath in the room and every time we used it a FOUL smell came from the sink, the plumbing is so badly done. The “special” rooms are just cheap luxury. AND they are NOT sound proof like they advertise. We could hear entire conversations from the room next to us. The location was also inconvenient, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from all the main attractions of Cappadocia. Overall, don’t waste your money on cheap luxury. We stayed at a smaller hotel in the main city for our last night and we loved it, and it was half the price.

From check in to check out the stay was wonderful. We stayed in the stan room with its own pool and sauna. It was beyond amazing. The decor of the room (for anniversary) was a nice touch. The entire hotel was so gorgeous, i couldnt stop taking pictures. Room service was fast and delicious. We were gifted champagne on arrival and a beautiful gift box with snack on departure. I would definitely stay again.

We used the spa service for massage and Hammam. The ladies providing the service cannot speak English at all. They were also very rude. Highly recommend translator or some staff who can speak English. We were not told swim caps mandatory in the pool, they charged us 20 lira for each cap. Although check in time was 2pm they made us wait till 4 to get us checked in. Hotel and rooms were good. Staff at dining area, very good.

We love it
Very well managed. The staff is super nice and provided the best hospitality. My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights. The hotel is a little away from the center of the action in Göreme but so worth it. We love starting our day with breakfast in the beautiful hotel and used all the accessible amenities, our favorite was definitely the spa following with the pool!!! Perfect time for couples.

VIP guest access were: 1.If an upper room of your booking is available we can (not must) give free upgrade. And your room type was Premium Cave Suite, upper room type is Harem Cave Suite room which you didn't want. You asked from us free upgrade to Madonna Suite room which was price difference from your room type 700 per night. We politely informed you that Madonna Suite room was just one and not available. But we also had informed you that can make discount to Monalisa Suite room or Shakira Suite room which you didn't confirmed. 2.If you chose VIP transfer from the airport %20 discount. And you chose Standart transfer but we gave it free for you. 3. If you have Spa packages %20 discount from total price. But you had %20 discount per person.We respect all of our guests especially Expedia VIP guests. Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa offers an amazing stay for those who are in search of a unique vacation in Cappadocia. Premium Cave Suite we stayed at was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff were incredible friendly, helpful and responsive to all our requests including last minute booking requests for activities. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I would absolutely recommend Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa to all travelers.

Very nice hotel, Gore is close to Goreme without the hustle and noise. You must be driving though, in order to reach all the sites. Excellent breakfast.

The staff were very good and friendly, they attended to all our needs. They booked taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel, and also booked activities for us. The driver he appointed us, Mr Ramazan, was an amazing guy. He showed us all around Cappadocia and treated us like family. The hotel is amazing in terms of their suites, very unique and amazing Cave Hotel.

When I made a request for a room upgrade, zeynep was able to provide me with the best room available at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am Kapadokya.

The service was excellent!! Everything in the hotel it’s perfect . They have top notch restaurants. Price are reasonable. You must try out there spa! There was nothing better than long day and getting massage. There room were pure level of art!! Only complaint it’s that the room were little humid , I don’t know if it’s from the rock.

This is a fabulous hotel. Nice, fresh, culturally relevant decor. Many services available. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I got the impression that they would find a way to do pretty much anything we wanted to try. We especially enjoyed the spa and the pool. The food was exceptional. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with good variety and local charm, including a woman making fresh gozleme to order. The restaurant menu also had many local specialties and everything tasted great. We enjoy learning new languages when we travel, and the whole staff joined in to help us out. It felt like they had as much fun as we did. We would definitely recommend this as a place for a leisurely vacation and suitable for anyone who wants to combine sightseeing with a little bit of pampering thrown in on the side.

The room was excellent other than a leak in the ceiling and the overall moisture in the cave that left our clothes damp overnight. The staff, in particular Luna and Enes were very helpful. They were very friendly, welcoming and added an overall warmth to our stay.

I don’t even know where to start!!! This property is by far one of the best hotel my wife & I have stayed throughout our travel. We’ve never seen anything like it. The rooms were out of this world. The staffs are great, they cater to all of our needs. One of the hotel staff Dolunay added the cherry on the ice cream. She was so good to us and went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Cappadocia was a very memorable one. To the hotel manager, Dolunay deserves a raise she’s the best!!! Had an amazing stay. There was a miscommunication on the VIP upgrade however Dolunay, Sedef and Bossan were very kind and helpful and immediately helped me to change rooms. I was lucky enough to upgrade to the Queen Suite and Oh.My.GOODNESS! It was lovely. Breakfast was great and the service from staff was probably the most genuine I have witnessed. I hope to be able to come again in the summer. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel refused to upgrade our room even though they had available room immediately adjacent to ours. When we insisted, the hotel sent Expedia a mail Cancelling our reservation, claiming they had reservation problems while we had already checked-in the room, and the reservation was done and paid for more than a month in advance. They only offered tea and artificial juice during breakfast, and charged additional for regular coffee. The Hotel and services are way over priced and comparable to a 3-star hotel at Best.

Beware this hotel doesn't offer what it advertises
I would not recommend staying here. While it lists the shuttle and gym as amenities not available during covid, it does not list the pool as being closed. We arrived to be told we could not use it. They also list having a terrace, they do not. The only place you can walk to from the hotel is a gas station and your view is of a road. For these reasons we decided to move to Anatolian Houses in Goreme (highly recommend). Our reservation was nonrefundable so we still paid for the room. The next day we contacted them to book services at the spa, but were told the spa is only for guests. We informed them we had paid for a room for 2 nights so technically we were still guests (we just weren't using the room we paid for); they refused. Had we been allowed to use the facilities I would not have asked for a refund, but considering I was not allowed to pay for spa treatments I believe I am entitled to a full refund, but they are refusing. Beware! This hotel does not offer what it advertises.

Hotel is located middle of nowhere everywhere you go you need transportation, Upon arrival at first sight hotel doors was closed looked creepy abandoned. We were greeted right by the hotel staff but our second day there was no hot water to take shower after repeatedly calling the reception they couldn't fix the problem we had to switch the room which was really inconvenient after we unpack. The problem was if someone takes a long shower there isn't enough hot water for the second room to use They turned down the hot water temperature to save money which is not acceptable. We had to move in to the other room. On the second or third day While I was working in my room all of a sudden I started sneezing. I notice there was concrete dust coming under my door from the hallway. I open the door and right across from me there was unfinished room and two lady trying to sweep the concrete dust and their door was wide open all that dust ended up in my room. I called the complain they put a towel under my front door it is priceless I guess. Well if you going to eat there don't order cold sandwich you will get half of loaf of bread instead of sandwich bread inside is some cheese and tomato. I was there to spend my honeymoon thanks God my wife was pation so we didn't let hotel we were staying to ruin it for us. I would rate this hotel is one star. Staff was nice but I belive hotel manager and the owner is the problem they have no idea how to run a hotel. This place way overrated.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms suitable for couple no kids. Best with a rented car, location is a bit remote. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will probably go there again

We are as couple has visited many hotel accross the world and has many things, we stayed there for 2 nights in premium caves suit, what a great experience and what a lovely service from hotel staff espacially from Bushra and Hakan, extremely helpful, it is one of the best cave hotel i have seen in kapodokya, 20 minutes away from main attarctions, the food in the hotel and breakfast was perfect, must mention that honey and butter. I would recommend to everyone.
