Inside you will be welcomed by a cozy atmosphere. Take advantage of this convenient location to Scott’s flat reservoir, the Parliament and Hoot mountain bike trails. So take a swim or nice hike around her shores, and If you're an avid mountain biker message me for trail recommendations.
Step out and hit local hiking and mountain biking trails just minutes—or steps—from the house. After a day of exploring, soak under the stars in the hot tub on the second-story deck, with sweeping views of Montezuma and the San Juan Ridge framed by the trees.

The home features two spacious bedrooms as well as an acre of property for peace and privacy:
