"Very good little apartment to stay in. Is fairly near essential amenities and only a small journey from the train station which is direct to Geneva. Has equipment to do cooking if you want, and also has uber eats in the area if you're not in the mood to go out. Only improvement that could be made is the pillows for the bed, but there are other pillows on the sofa which were comfortable that made up for that. Highly rated place to stay "

Die Aus- und meistens auch Fern-Sicht: Grandios, sowohl aus der Wohnung, als auch vom Balkon. Sowohl am Berg hoch (Wohnung/Fenster seitlich und zum See), als auch über den See und den Schweizer Jura (bis mind. nach Neuchâtel). Mal Sonne, mal waren wir über, mal unter den Wolken - wunderbar. "The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is amazing! Dianna at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and Susana in the breakfast room made every morning sweeter- she is a delight. The only reason it wasn't five stars is because there is no air conditioning and unfortunately with the windows open the road noise starts early at 6:00 a.m.. If you don't come in the summer, then perhaps that is a non-issue. The location is fantastic (next to a mall and both Migros and Coop within 5min walk and you have access a few steps away to enter the lake which was glorious everyday. The pool is quite small but nice to have."

"We stayed Grand Hotel du Lac in May and enjoyed the best of Swiss hospitality. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The breakfast staff were wonderful, taking the time to describe the artisan breads and ensuring there was always a fresh platter of fruit available. The waiters and sommelier took their time to take us on a culinary menu exploration to help with our choice. The valet remembered our names, which made our stay feel even more personal and the reception staff were most welcoming. The chambermaids were excellent, providing a lovely evening turndown service that added a touch of luxury each day and making sure we have our chocolates. The hotel is a very special and charming place, where impeccable service is matched only by its breathtaking setting. Waking up to the stunning views over Lake Geneva and the Alps was truly unforgettable and a room with a view is highly recommended. This is one of those rare hotels that feels like a home away from home and will hold a special place in my heart. We can already see ourselves returning year after year. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Hotel du Lac for making our stay so memorable."
