Wir waren sehr überrascht, als wir keine Handtücher vorgefunden haben. Stattdessen haben wir viele Informationszettel im Haus vorgefunden. Unter anderem der Hinweis, dass für die Handtücher bezahlt werden muss und für Bettwäsche pro Bett € 10 Leihgebühr verlangt wird. Ausserdem wird Geld für eine Gästekarte fällig. Alles Sachverhalte, die nicht in dem Online-Inserat stehen. Nach einem Anruf bei unserem Ansprechpartner vor Ort wurden uns dann von diesem Handtücher gebracht. Wir haben gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir dafür nicht extra bezahlen werden. Statt den ganzen Hinweiszetteln vor Ort sollten vielleicht mal Reparaturen vorgenommen werden (Bsp. Terrassentür nicht kippbar usw.) Wofür die vorherigen Gäste die Endreinigung bezahlt haben, ist uns schleierhaft. Es waren weder die Waschbecken sauber, noch die Fußböden und Teppiche. Wir haben erst einmal selbst geputzt und gesaugt.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in Neureichenau. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schön, das Haus war für unsere große Familie ideal, vorallem die Kinder haben den Urlaub genossen. Wir werden wieder in den Bayerischen Wald fahren

An sich ein schönes Haus das etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und etwas Renovierung benötigen würde. Oft wirkt es etwas "zusammengeflickt". Das hätte uns jedoch nichts ausgemacht. Dass jedoch in den Duschen nur ein Rinnsal aus dem Duschkopf läuft und dieser teilweise bei Warmwasseranforderung ganz stoppt ist untragbar. Hinzu kommt dass beide Besucher in der oberen Etage nach dem Aufenthalt Lungenprobleme entwickelten welche bei einem mit Antibiotika behandelt werden mussten. Laut Arzt ist verunreinigtes Wasser eine sehr wahrscheinliche Ursache. Also bitte an der Wasserversorgung und aufheizung arbeiten damit man gesund Urlaub machen kann. Das hat uns den, ansonsten ganz passenden, Aufenthalt verdorben. Mfg A. Bauer

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und ordentlich und die Lage und die Umgebung ist absolut toll. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns vorgenommen in der Zukunft noch einmal hier Urlaub zu machen.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit einer tollen Lage, um richtig zu entspannen! Was mir besonders sehr gut gefallen hat, ist die Tatsache, dass das Haus mit vielen nützlichen Alltagsgegenständen ausgestattet ist. Ob es in der Küche verschiedene Gewürze oder Sonnenblumenöl zum Braten sind oder im Bad Waschmittel zur Inbetriebnahme der Waschmaschine- an all das ist gedacht. Da spart man als Besucher Geld und Zeit.

Wir waren Anfang Februar 2022 hier und sind an 2 Tagen komplett eingeschneit. Das Haus ist ein altes Haus und es ist technisch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Es hat aber alles gut funktioniert. Es war warm und das WLAN war (trotz einiger Teenager im Haus) immer ausreichend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach phantastisch: Auf 900m Höhe hat man einen sensationellen Blick über den Böhmerwald und ist total einsam an einem Flecken mit nur wenigen anderen Häusern. Loipe direkt am Haus, für die Alpin-Ski Fahrer ist die Station Schwarzenberg in Österreich nur 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und werden 2023 wieder dort sein.
