"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The location is not far from both the train station and the downtown (almost middle of the slope between the station and the downtown). The breakfast was not gorgeous but sufficiently good for me. Only the problem was no AC. The room was quite hot during my stay."

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was good and the shower was excellent. We stayed during the wine festival and the hotel is in the best spot if you like to be where the party is. The music is loud and plays until 3am so if you are not partying don’t expect to get any sleep before then. There is no fridge in the room but you can get one for 5 francs or you can store items for free in their fridge. "
