Artist's Paradise in Provence! - Views, Peace, Village Centre

"Ein kleines Paradies mitten im ältesten Teil von Fontaine de Vaucluse, perfekt ausgestattet, selbst Kaffee stand bereit und gekühlter Wein zur Begrüßung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich hervorragend. Einfach die Treppen runter, und schon steht man auf der alten Steinbrücke über die kühlene Sorgue. Auto kurz unten abstellen zum Laden ist entspannt. Große Parkplätze sind am Ein- und Ausgang des Ortes reichlich vorhanden und mit der includierten Parkkarte umsonst. Das rauschende Wasser und die Zikaden waren die Begleitmusik. Hin und wieder laden abendliche Feste zum Mitmachen ein( 3x in 2 Woche bei uns im Juli), das ist dann in der Wohnung nicht zu überhören, Ende war immer vor 24h. Jederzeit wieder!"

"Hotel was at a beautiful location, by a river and surrounded by mountains. Evening walks around the small town were great. Hotel was very clean, and our room had a lot of space. I just wish it was a little closer to the sightseeing spots that we had picked."

"Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms are a good size and clean. Room service every day was excellent and a nice touch was fresh bottled water in the room every day. The two swimming pools were nice and breakfast was very good."

"Das Haus ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet und hat einen großartigen Garten. Die Vermieterin war bei Problemen immer gut zu erreichen. Etwas unangenehm war das teilweise unsaubere Geschirr und Besteck, was wohl daran liegt, dass die Spülmaschine nicht allzu gut arbeitet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft."

"Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen, nicht weit entfernt von einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Weg wurde uns im Vorfeld von Marina sehr gut beschrieben. Als Pluspunkt sind auf jeden Fall der Pool, die Klimaanlage und das wlan zu erwähnen. Vor allem bei Temperaturen zwischen 35 und 40 Grad. Hier würde ich jeder Zeit gerne wieder Urlaub machen."

"The house had been recently renovated and was very well equipped with air conditioning, electric shutters and modern bathrooms. We particularly liked the large windows overlooking the garden, the spacious covered terrace and the incredibly large garden with its 11-metre-long swimming pool. There was also a gas barbecue, which we used quite often. The neighbourhood was very quiet, so we slept well. Isle-sur-Sorgue is truly an idyllic spot, and from there you can quickly reach other places worth visiting, such as Avignon and Gordes. We would highly recommend this house and would book it again."

"The owner cared - when an appliance was broken he fixed it like he managed the laundry washer repair as soon as possible - the toaster wouldn't toast so he replaced with a new toaster - an exterior door wouldn't lock and he had it fixed - all done with kindness"
