"The property is amazing, the views are spectacular. The property does require someMaintenance, a lot of cracked tiles within the house and by the pool. Living space are spacious aswell as the bedrooms. Good air conditioning. The property is very high up so there is a lot of walking up hills to get to the property. Not suitable if you have accessibility needs. You do get a key fob to access the beach via a lot of steps, as we had a buggy that didn’t work for us. I would say the property could be...

"Wir hatten den schlimmsten Urlaub unseres Lebens. Der Besitzer war nett, aber ihm ging es ums Geld und nicht um das Wohl der Gäste. Mein Sohn musste im Wohnzimmer schlafen, weil Bett und Laken schimmelten. Fünf Tage lang war der Pool grün. Der Besitzer hat nichts unternommen, er hat nur Chlor in den Pool geschüttet, und danach wurde es schlimmer."

"The villa was spotless and just as described, a little tricky to find initially but after asking someone it was easy, the Garden was a little overgrown but the gardener soon sorted this out, pool area good but busy, always a place to park and that's never easy in Nerja, would recommend "

"You will need a car. And a little bravery for the drive up but you get used to it and so worth it, peaceful escape but 5 mins in the car to central nerja Could do with a walk in shower in one of the bathrooms instead of 2 baths"
