Free parking is available on the property or in the street. Just a short walk from Burriana Beach and promenade, the villa Villa is located in Nerja. A quiet neighbourhood yet less than 15 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa consists of a bright living room with access to large furnished terrace overlooking the pool, a well-equipped open plan kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. TV lounge with double sofabed , 3 double bedrooms with double bed and 2 bathrooms , main bathroom has feature Jacuzzi bath. Property can accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room. Baby equipment can be hired, please contact direct and pay on arrival. The living room has 1 sofa bed for 1 person. The property is on 3 levels. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a large pool, a garden, upper and lower terrace, garden furniture, sunbeds, a balcony off main bedroom with table and chairs, and a small barbecue. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 5 minutes. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket is 4 minutes. Walking distance to beach downhill less than 15 minutes. Nerja Playa Burriana.
