This spacious villa offers the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful retreat with Nerja’s vast array of amenities at hand reach. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings in a classic Spanish style. La Exotica is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Nerja (1.5 km), within a 5 minute drive from the bustling town of Nerja and its beautiful beaches.







Location and outside area



At the front of the house you'll find a lovely verandah with views out to Nerja and the Mediterranean - the ideal spot for having a nice breakfast or an alfresco diner. A few steps lead down to the spacious lawn and the private pool (6,5m x 3,5m long and 1.25m – 2.20m deep), complete with sun loungers. Adjacent to the house is a barbecue corner with additional sitting area.



For sightseeing, we would recommend exploring the area on foot, as this is a walkers' paradise, we specially recommend the walk through the riverbed of the Río Chillar. By car, the pretty white villages of the Axarquia and historic Granada are just a few of the excursions to be enjoyed. The villa has a private parking for one car.







Inside and lay-out



The villa has all the rooms on one floor and offers spacious accommodation with comfortable furnishings. There is a cosy living room with sofa and arm chairs centred around the open fireplace and a dining corner. Satellite-tv is available. The kitchen is independent and well equipped with a 4 rings vitro-hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There are 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins). There are 2 shower rooms, one of them is ensuite.

Villa Lola Review

The outside space at the villa is superb. Lovely new couches for the terrace and cushions for the outside dining chairs a great addition. The pool area and gardens were very well maintained throughout our stay. It would be useful to have more wine glasses and quality plastic glasses for the pool area. Some more food containers for use in the fridge and a roasting pan for the oven would be useful.

Buena villa y buena gestión por parte de Ralph de Casitas Select

En líneas generales la villa está muy bien, moderna y con detalles diferenciadores: localización, buen wifi, emplazamiento, tranquilidad, etc. La zona de la piscina es muy bonita, se nota que es nueva. Para nuestro gusto la piscina es un poco pequeña y cubre poco, máximo 1.45 m. Personalmente considero que el precio de alquiler de una semana en el mes de Agosto está por encima del alquiler medio. Comprendo que la villa está muy bien y que los dueños y la inmobiliaria están para ganar dinero pero si el precio resulta caro la villa no se alquila. Llevamos 13 años alquilando villas por toda esa zona, Nerja, Frigiliana, Cómpeta, Canillas, Torrox, etc y siempre dentro de rangos de villas con servicios muy iguales, es la más cara que hemos pagado. De todas maneras la estancia ha sido buena y dentro de nuestras posibilidades seguiremos repitiendo.

Para las tres parejas que estuvimos estos 15 días.... Mucho mejor de lo esperado.... Casa grande, cómoda, con tres habitaciones perfectas.... El exterior muy cómodo y amplio jardín con una piscina perfecta. Los accesos podrian estar mejor, poro eso pierde relevancia una vez en la casa.... A 5 minutos del centro de Nerja.... Perfecto

This is a most attractive villa with a lovely ...

This is a most attractive villa with a lovely garden. We were met very warmly by the owner who showed us around the property. The property was extremely clean and the garden very well cared for. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was in plentiful supply, ample bath and hand towels. The villa has a very warm and homely feel and the owner takes great pride in it's presentation. The villa is in a quiet location but within walking distance of a local supermarket (Lidl). It is about 30 mins walk into Nerja. All in all a very good villa to seek peace and quiet and highly recommended.

We would like to thank Dolores for allowing us the use of her villa. It was so comfortable, spotlessly clean and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen with a wide selection of utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. It was probably the best villa we have stayed in over the past 5 years visiting Nerja. She was so attentive and got things sorted as soon as they were reported. She obviously took a pride in presenting her villa. We appreciated the fact that she brought us a buggy which made it so much easier to get around with a 2 year old. We hope everything was in order on our departure.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, ...

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, de eigenaresse was zeer vriendelijk en het huis was heel schoon. Na een week werd alles weer schoongemaakt en zelfs de bedden werden verschoond. Het huis was zeer goed uitgerust met fantastische bedden. Het lag dicht bij Nerja en de grote weg. Fijn vonden we ook de verschillende terrassen en het lekkere zwembad.

The villa was fantastic. Everything you neede was there. The gardener came twice weekly to keep the pool and garden in tip top condition. Enjoyed every second of our stay.
