"Very nice hotel"

"Great location—very close and convenient to Mount Rushmore. The hotel was clean and comfortable overall. Only downside is it’s a bit far from restaurants (had to drive to Rapid City for more food options), and the TV didn’t have Netflix for the kids. Otherwise, a good stay."

"$60 for an airport shuttle is ridiculous. Hotels.com say airport shuttle is available. Not a reasonably priced airport shuttle I guess though. Uber is $20. Staff was rude. "

"It was a busy weekend but garbage was not emptied by elevator on 2nd floor. There was trouble with the room key card but staff was good about giving new cards however I believe it was the reader on the door that was the trouble."
