Had an amazing stay at the Hands at Work hub which works in eight different countries in Africa. The Hands staff were amazing and we felt blessed by them. We also got to spend time with George's wife Carolyn and his Mom.

"This is a nice property near Phabeni gate of Kruger National Park, which is just a 6 minute drive. Akani is a great host and if you need anything he will bend over backwards to help! You can park right next to your chalet, which is very helpful. - I personally hate lodges where you have to park a distance away! - There is a pub nearby that gets noisy at times, but if you run a fan it drowns out the noise. The property is very close to the main road and is very safe! "

The ride from the Safari Lodge along the Sabi river takes about an hour in each direction and you'll see more animals then you've ever seen in your life! Truly. Majestic. Awesome trip. You don't need more than a couple or few days unless you want a safari experience and stay in expensive tents etc. This place is perfect for the casual traveler who wants to see animals animals and more animals. This stay was in winter and the tents were cold, although sleeping was fine with electric blankets.
