That was the first seeing a picture on the web site,and finding the real thing like on the website,that staff was so professional,food was Devine,rooms,crispy fresh and spotless,everyone went out of the way to please you,We felt like the only guest at the hotel,it was home away from home.

Very modern, happening and nice with friendly and helpful staff. Right on a busy highway but still somehow hard to get to. And a little noisy but totally tolerable. Priced very fairly, including the good food.

You could hear the vent making noise in our room, the manager was exceptional and went out of his way to show us the other rooms available for the night, he managed to get the same room type, unfortunately the room smelt like fresh paint and there was a festival that night, you could hear people walking in and making noise till early morning. The windows should be soundproof. I had to check out at 6.30 am and the staff at breakfast were so friendly they made me a take away box with fruits, toast juices etc It’s was really nice of them. Overall, the manager was really helpfull and the staff 5 stars.

Staff not well prepared to deal with overbooking situations . The overbooking became my problem to solve and accommodate. After a long road trip an arrogant receptionist is something that can frustrate anyone’s vacation .

Fantastic stay.

Very pleasant staff. Customer service is felt through the staffs actions and attitude. Rooms are sufficiently spacious with enough storage facility. Has an independent safe in the room. Dual basins and a good size shower.
