This holiday home is comfortable & superbly equipped with Smart TV with access to your favourite apps, ultra-fast fibre-broadband internet, Amazon Alexa Echo Dot for music etc, quality gas BBQ, outdoor dining areas, book, movie & music collections, adults and kids games as well as toys for little ones.



This home is ideal for up to 6 guests but can accommodate an extra child by special request.

• 1 (Master) with Design Mobel King bed with latex mattress, views to the sea, walk-in tiled ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating, heated towel rail, heater, toilet, vanity & large wardrobe.

• 2: Design Mobel King bed with Ecosa mattress. views to the garden & sea & a second TV,

• 3: King-Single Bunks with views to garden & sea. A child's mattress is also available (this would not be made up unless requested).

• The Main bathroom services bedrooms 2 & 3: Shower, Vanity & Bath with heated towel rail & heater.

• Other: Separate Toilet.

• Separate laundry with Washing machine, Dryer & Tub. Are Drying rack & Outside Clothesline are also provided.

• The furnishings in this home have been updated since photographed.

• Local restaurants include the Boat Shed, The Boat House, Nahm Thai & Styx. Haven & Sands Fish n Chip shops & Guyton's Seafoods, along with a number of Tahunanui pubs & take-aways make for plenty of great selection whether eating out or taking out!



⭐️ Inclusions

• The Cliffs will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including gas BBQ, Freeview, Netflix & Chromecast, Fibre-broadband WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Potential Noise (Updated 13 Aug 2026): Please be aware that cliff strengthening work is currently underway opposite the property. While the work is happening out of sight on the cliff face, the screened staging/storage area impacts the expansive view, work vehicles or personnel may frequent the general area during the day and there may be intermittent daytime noise associated with the work taking place. This work is currently scheduled for scale-back in late August.



• Garage - Please note that the garage area is not available for guest use



• Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. We just seek an assurance that your pet is house trained, that you'll provide appropriate supervision and ensure any issues are covered. We'll send you terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.



• Stairs - This home is more or less single level, but there are 3 steps between the entry and living-kitchen-dining area and between the entry and lower bedroom wing of the house.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm .

Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure.

Late check-out (by 12pm/noon or as agreed in writing) can usually be offered for an additional charge. This request should be made at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your departure.
