Cosy stay
We were looking for a place to stay as my daughter was starting work in Nelson. Jeff and Kay were friendly and welcoming. Our accommodation was warm and comfortable. Its central location made it easy for us to find our way around

Just what we needed
A well looked after apartment that is very clean and tidy with a beautiful, well kept, private garden. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay with Geoff and Kay., both such wonderful hosts.

Overall excellent and honest offer!
Kay and Geoff are very nice hosts and people. Everything was as per description. Very clean and quiet. A central starting point for everything that's to discover in Nelson and suroundings.

We had a car and this allowed to stay away from the crowded city. The location was perfect for us. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the amenities we could have wished for.

Long Stay in Nelson
The sunny deck caught our eye while reviewing properties for a month long stay on the North Island. Unit had everything we were looking for with a modest price. We had a fabulous time exploring Nelson and the surrounding area. At every return to our unit , we called it home. A great place to stay

Lovely spot

Wonderful Sanctuary!
I spent a most restful week here, and found it to be the ideal location for exploring the Nelson area. The apartment is comfortable, in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and has everything you could need. Geoff and Kay are lovely, friendly hosts, who I so enjoyed meeting and chatting with. Even their pets are adorable! I would return in an instant next time I’m in town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation had everything we required - in fact more than we used, which we appreciated. It was very clean, quiet and relaxing. I particularly loved the garden outlook. Kay and Geoff we most welcoming. I would very happily stay here again.

We appreciated the very tidy condition that you left our accommodation in. Yes, although we are not within walking distance of the Nelson CBD, we are centrally located between Nelson and Richmond and close to the Stoke shopping area.
