Thanks Christine, The apartment photographs are recent and extensive to accurately represent the apartment as it is, and it is clean, tidy and in good working order with double glazing and central heating providing great comfort, blazing fast WiFi and of course an incredible location. Further, the apartment has been priced to provide exceptional value for this premium area of the Nelson waterfront. Not withstanding the above, our plan is to give the apartment a complete makeover as soon as trade and materials shortages alleviate and seasonal demand allows. What we will do right away is take another look at this bed.
