- Monaco Poolside apartment is a private apartment within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort. Full access to the resorts facilities (pool, fitness room) is provided as part of your booking with us.

- This apartment is thoughtfully designed without a washing machine or dryer; however, worry not, as just next door, you'll find a convenient laundromat ready to meet your laundry needs.

- Please note that the swimming pool is closed through the Winter months (from 1 July to mid-November).

**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
