The bedrooms are configured as follows: Queen, Queen, Queen + Single (portacots are also available for hire by request). There is a large outdoor deck to enjoy outdoor dining or for children and pets to play as well as a double garage and extra parking.

Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets may be permitted by written agreement. Please contact us with details of your pet along with your assurances for the care of the home.

Separate Apartment - Below Commodore is a separately tenanted or bookable apartment. Access, parking & facilities are separate, but due to the proximity of the properties, we ask that guests are mindful of noise at night & early morning.

**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
