KITCHEN: Newly renovated and fully stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, Keurig, tea kettle, pantry, washer & dryer.

DINING/LIVING AREA: Table and chairs with seating for 4, sofa, armchairs, wood-burning fireplace, games, access to balcony.

BATHROOM 1: Full hall bathroom with single vanity sink and walk-in shower.

BEDROOM: King bed, dresser, smart TV, closet with hangers, access to balcony.

BATHROOM 2: En-suite with single vanity sink and bath tub/shower combo

BALCONY Table and chairs with seating for 4.

This condo is NOT pet friendly. The complex has a very strict "no smoking" policy and does not permit smoking on balconies, walkways, or in stairwells, and violation of this policy is subject to a fine.
