Overall, the majority of our stay was good. We enjoyed the area, and got to go out and about fairly easy. However, I was not at all pleased with the management company. Before we arrived, I confirmed with the management company that the hot tub was working via text. and informed them, the hot tub was the only reason we chose that house. However, upon arrival, we found the hot tub not working. The management company sent a tech out the next day. We happened to be there, and I went out to chat with the tech about it. One of the techs revealed that they had informed the management company that the Hot tub was in fact NOT working earlier that day. The tech did his best to attempt a fix, but stated if it didn't work, the Hot Tub would not be available during our stay as the part needed would not arrive in time. The 2nd night, when we tried the Hot Tub again, it still was not working. I contacted the company yet again and told them. The said the tech would come out the next day. I honestly do not think the tech came back out, nor do i believe they were even contacted again by the company. The management company the informed me later that evening on the 3rd day, that the Hot Tube would not be fixed during our stay. I again, told them that the hot tub was the only reason we chose that house and asked how they would go about rectifying the situation. They said the would only take 30% off of our stay/night, but taxes and fees would still be added on. We essentially would have only save
