"I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

"Rather underwhelmed! Beautiful hotel, fabulous room with balcony overlooking the town and the red carpet. Obviously the busiest time as we were there for 3 nights just before the KVFF however check in and out was disappointing. Veronika in the spa to be commended for an excellent facial!"
