My family and I were delighted to stay at Villa Smetana. It is a charming property with helpful, friendly staff and excellent food. We highly recommend the half board option for delicious buffet dinner and breakfast.

Beautiful property. We were in 3rd villa. It means we had to walk thru outside to get to the restaurant and spa. But our room was very clean and comfortable with beautiful view. The area is amazing next to beautiful forrest like park. Very walkable, but walk is up and down, hotel is up on a hill. We were able to walk all over town. Friendly front desk staff, responsive to your requests.

A beautiful building with a very nice Spa Area and very kind service and staff. What I didn't know before and got told when checking in was that our room was in another building, just 30m away but basically another hotel. It was still possible to go everywhere and use everything but for breakfast and spa you had to leave the house which in cold weather conditions can be annoying. Last but not least there was a little dog in the next room that was barking the whole time when their owners went for breakfast or anything.

Room is spacious and clean, with view of the St Peter and St Paul cathedral. Spa access is included in the room rate. The breakfast was good. The only thing I don't like so much as that the sauna ends at 8pm, too early for tourists.

Rooms spacious and lovely blend of old and new. Pool was closed (one of the main criteria for selecting the hotel) and irritating €15 pd charge for parking - also not clear in booking. Breakfast just about ok. Karlovy Vary a very beautiful place.

Das Hotel ist gut, Frühstück ausreichend und die Lage ist auch super. Als ich das Hotel gebucht habe war mir nicht bekannt, dass der Hotel ein Nebengebäude renoviert und die Gäste dort platziert. Wir haben das Hotel rausgesucht und wollten Wellness Angebot benutzen. Leider war es nicht möglich, weil wir nicht wollten in Bademantel zwischen den Häuser in der Kälte laufen Ich habe fünf mal drei verschiedene Mitarbeiter angesprochen und reklamiert. Jede wollte es abklären und Lösung finden. Bis zu Abreise wurde die Lösung nicht gefunden.

Wir waren 4 Nächte dort. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 600 Meter. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Wellnessbereich sehr klein , wir haben nur Sauna ausprobiert. Im großen und ganzen ist ein schönes Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

El lugar es fantástico, realmente para relajarse. Está un poco alejado de la zona 'comercial', lo que es positivo si quieres paz y sin ruido; pero negativo si buscas un restaurante o tienda (hay que caminar unos 7 minutos cuesta abajo y arriba). En invierno esto da un poco de pereza. La cena se deja de servir a las 8, y ya no se puede comprar otro alimento más dentro del hotel. Hay que salir a la zona comercial.

Es war eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Lage. Die Stadt war gut fußläufig zu erreichen und man wahr auch schnell im Grünen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Im Spa hätte es mehr Ruhemöglichkeiten geben können, ansonsten war es ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Die Rezeptionisten waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war groß und mit guter Auswahl. Bei den Parkplätzen muss man schon gut im Parken sein, damit man sein Auto nicht kaputt macht.

Das Hotel ist oben am Berg, ganzes Stück vom Zentrum zu laufen. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, aber leider sehr warm, nur ein kleines Fenster zum öffnen. Frühstück war ok. Grundsätzlich ist zu beachten, dass jede Übernachtung 15 Euro mehr kostet aufgrund der Parkgebühr. Dies empfinde ich als Abzocke. Parken ist auch nirgendwo anders möglich. Wellnessbereich klein aber fein. Nur leider keine Möglichkeit sich draußen zu sonnen.

サウナ付きの快適な滞在

受付の方が丁寧に案内や説明をしてくださりとても好印象でした。客室は広めで清掃も行き届いており、快適です。ホテル内はバスローブで移動ができ、ホテルのサウナやジャグジーは少し小さめですがしっかり管理されていて気持ちよく使えました。駐車場は敷地内に1日10€で停められます。街から坂道を上った少し落ち着いたエリアにあり、行き来は少し大変です。マッサージがお手頃な値段で受けられるようですが、人気のようでチェックイン時にはすでにいっぱいだった為、ホテルを予約したタイミングでマッサージの予約も入れると良いかもしれません。

Wir haben nun schon das zweite Mal das Hotel Villa Smetana ausgewählt. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein und beim Frühstück ist etwas für alle dabei. Es ist super ruhig und man läuft nur ein paar Minuten und ist mitten im Zentrum von Karlsbad. Gerne wieder.

Das gesamte Peronal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einfach wunderbar. Alles ist sehr sauber - man fühlt sich wohl. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man erreicht alles sehr schnell und einfach. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön aber sehr klein. Eher für Leute, die sich die Stadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen möchten und evtl ein bisschen Sauna genießen möchten. Der Pool ist sehr klein. Allerdings hatten wir diesen für uns alleine 👍 Preis/Leistung ist einfach top. Ein kleines schnuckeliges Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Dem Personal gebe ich 5 ***** Sterne 👍 Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist mit 20 Euro für 2 Tage für Tschechien allerdings überteuert.
