"This property, which not directly on the beach, has a great ocean view. Cons: If you have knee issues or any mobility issues, be forewarned that all bedrooms are in the basement while the kitchen and den are on the top floor. Also, the shower is tiny. Pros: great view of ocean, several outdoor gathering placed to eat or just rest, and close proximity to good restaurants"

"An adorable coastal cottage with the right amount of room for our family of four. The view and short walk to the amazing beach and cute cafes was a bonus. The kitchen was workable for cooking in but the supplies/utensils were hit or miss. The exterior certainly shows some deferred maintenance but that did not detract from a lovely beach trip."
