Vi kom hjem til hotellet etter en kveld ute til stengt port, og måtte klatre gjennom nabohotellet for å komme oss inn. Var heller ikke gratis frokost som det stod det skulle være. Veldig dårlig informasjon, vann var borte hele dagen

ゴールデンスターホリディリゾートとオーナーが同一でプールや朝食のレストランもゴールデンスターのものを使用する。部屋のクラスはゴールデンスターホリディリゾートよりは低いのだろうが他のホテルと比べると管理はしっかりしている。

Più che un hotel è una guesthouse per turismo locale. Letti scomodi e rotti. Mobilio antiquato. Formiche specialmente nei bagni. WI FI pessimo. Si appoggia ad un hotel accanto per tutto.

Фото отеля конечно похожи на действительность,но в целом все не так шикарно. Отель для неприхотливых. Много комаров,хотя фумигатор ставят (мы ещё спирали покупали). Комары потопы что снизу входной двери щель,в окнах щели (занавески задернуты все время т.к. Окна не чистые мягко скажем) и двери от дождей рассыпаются. Ручки у дверей со стороны балконов почти отсутствуют,рассыпались от старости или влаги. Так в общем нормально если там сутками не сидишь. Фото ресторана,бассейна и пляжа это фото отеля рядом Голд стар бич отель

Dons beach hotel is from the outside a messy, uncosy hotel. But the oceaan closeby, the swimmingpool and the great breakfast are great. The facilities are from the sister hotel.

Ce n'est pas un hôtel 3 étoiles loin de ça chambres vétustes sans confort literie très médiocre notre terrasse sans aménagement donnait sur une décharge les alentours de l'établissement sont affreux une décharge à ciel ouvert cet endroit sert de repos aux ouvriers ils vivent à plusieurs dedans 134 euros pour deux chambres et deux nuits c'est du vol une réception inexistence que dire je ne le recommande pas du tout

Hotel très décevant.

Hotel très décevant, heureusement nous y avons passé q'une seule nuit, dès notre arrivée dans la chambre mauvaises odeurs et un gros cafard pour nous souhaité la bien venue chambre infestée de moustique, salle de bain vétuste et sale. Petit déjeuner pas bon du tout avec peu de choix sauf pour les bébêtes qui elles se régalées. le seule point positif de cet hôtel est la piscine de l’hôtel d'à coté accessible.

Illalla kun saavuimme hotelliin olimme aivan ihmeissään koska kuvausten perusteella siellä piti olla ihan mukavan oloinen hotelli.Pimeä kuja johti hotellille jo se alkoi arveluttaa mitä tuleman pitää. Huone oli kohtalainen parhaat vuotensa jo aikaa sitten nähnyt. Aamulla selvisi,että aamiainen saadaan toisessa hotellissa seka uima-allas ja ranta-alue tuoleineen sijaitsee siellä. Tämä oli ainut plussa tässä majapaikassa koska aamiainen oli todella runsas ja allas-alue ja ranta hyvä.

Terrible Budged Hotel - Poor Customer Service

Old & Dirty Pillow, Hard Mattress, Broken TV Plug almost got electric shock, Rusted MiniBar where empty, No Emergency Exit plans, No Emmergency contact list or Reception calling numbers, Pictures of Hotel except rooms are pictres of Gold Star Hotel next door which is operated by Same group likely.

Til nabohotellet for å spise og bade, bor i brakke

Etter å ha tidligere bodd i Negombo kjenner jeg personlig området, og beach side er koselig som bare det. Turister har sitt vanlige å stri med om man ikke snakker språket, som selgere på stranda mm. Sri Lanka er jo Perlen i Asia, og vel fortjent. Nydelig sted, nydelig land og herlige folk.

go for other hotel.

very bad experience in this hotel. we took 6 rooms. the pic on the website was taken long ago. there is no swimming at the side. you have to walk to the next hotel which they are in the same management. pro: there is a manager to help (anyway, one man show). breakfast - buffet type, quit a varieties to choose. con: this hotel is old, need to be renovated. air cond - some rooms not cold at all, imaging you are in the hot weather country. lot of mosquitoes, there is an electrcal repellent but it does work well. the mosquitoes flying everywhere. (request for soray but they dont have). no kettle to boil hot water, get from the manage but the plug doesnt suit the room's socket.water pressure was low even you are at the ground floor.

Hotel overall gets a 6/10 first room the matress wasnt any good but the staff cahanged our rooms and from there it was all good... Hotel was next to a building site... The pool and breckfast was in another hotel next door decent pool.... Very average breckfast..

Hôtel bénéficiant des infrastructures de l'établissement voisin (même propriétaire) dont les chambres sont bien plus chères. Belle piscine et excellent petit-déjeuner buffet. Grande chambre fonctionnelle et confortable. Service de ménage quotidien. Établissement bien placé, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Pour nous c'était parfait!

Awful place

We got there and they had no record of our booking. Very dirty rooms and corridors- full of mould- dirty tray with food and empty cups left in corridor for at least 3 days- full of flies and ants and was still there when we left. Tv and toilet not working. Sister hotel Golden star where we had breakfast was much nicer with nice staff in restaraunt- but even here food left open to flies. The pool is small but the beach is quite nice but currently next to a construction site. This is a good place for people on a budget and don't mind where they are staying or the conditions of the rooms. This is a more a guest house than a hotel.

hôtel pas terrible a coté d'un autre hôtel qui est en construction, le personnel est sympas, mais les chambres sont d'un autre temps avec l'humidité en prime, mais bon....nous en avons pour notre argent.

L hotel est tres tres vieux et certaines chambres infestées de moustiques. Une constance, la moisissure et une odeur d humidité permanente. Le bon côté est que nous avons acces a un autre hotel voisin qui est lui en construction... Que dire sauf qu il est également à la derive avec un manque d entretien flagrant mais dans un état moins avancé. Le point positif. Le personnel agréable pour les deux hôtels, qui certainement aimerait travailler dans un établissement en bien meilleur état et qui fait ce qu il peut.

Новый год удался!

Прилетели 31 декабря в 2 часа, встретили как родных, моментально заселили и предложили номер на выбор, взяли мы с балконом на 2 этаже, вся инфраструктура шикарного соседнего отеля была в нашем распоряжении, включая праздник с фейефверком )))

Wir wollten das Zimmer besichtigen bevor wir einchecken wollten. Aber das war nicht so wie auf den Bildern bei Ihnen auf Hotels.com 1. Nicht sauber 2. Bett katastrophal 3. Die Türscharniere waren verostet, die Balkontüre konnte nicht geöffnet werden, der Manager hat mit einem Faustschlag die Türe geöffnet. 4. Wir verlangten das Geld zurück, (welches wir Ihnen im voraus schon bezahlt haben) aber er weigerte sich es auszuzahlen. (Bitte bevor Sie von Hotels.com "gefälschte" Bilder ins Netz stellen, bitte gehen Sie die Hotels selber besichtigen...)
