"No phone in the room. no drinking water cattle in the room. No iron board in the room. ( It’s in the hallway each floor). The location is very good and convenient. The customer service is good. But false alarm at 2:00 am made all the guests walking down from their rooms to the ground. We saw few elderly people as well. We never had such bad experience before!"

"The staff was absolutely amazing. My nephew had a medical emergency in our room, and the hotel staff was instrumental in contacting the paramedics. The attention of the staff during and after the event cannot be praised enough.
The concierge was very courteous and professional. The suites are very nice, and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. "

"Overall a satisfactory hotel. Room was clean and very functional. Reception could have been more welcoming and contact with them on a couple of occasions seemed quite indifferent. Check out was much more pleasant. The gym like most in hotels was not in good shape and barely usable. "
