Check in was at 4pm and the wait was u believably long. I got there around 2pm and did pre check in and was told to look out for either and email or text that would notify me if my room is ready. Got back around 3:30 and started waiting in the line up to check in at 3:45. We finally got to the desk around 4:15 and was told the room still wasn’t ready.
Overall though for the room it was excellent! Clean, stocked with amenities and even had a washer dryer with a pack of detergent! Only downside was we were put on a low floor facing the busy pool so our blinds had to be down most of the time.
