Hôtesse charmante , souriante et attentionnée. Chambre refaite à neuf, malheureusement elle donne sur l'extracteur de la cuisine , très bruyant, qui fonctionne jusqu''à minuit.

Hôtel agréable au pays des puys.

Nuit d'étape sur la route des vacances. Hôtel agréable, coquet, avec possibilité de manger sur la terrasse en extérieur. Excellent accueil, patronne aimable et souriante. Bonne cuisine, repas très agréable dehors. Chambre spacieuse pour 3 personnes, lits confortables, salle de bain/douche moderne et propre. Hôtel très recommandable.

Un très bel hôtel, mais un accueil stressant

L'hôtel est très bien, chambre spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est très serviable, le petit déjeuner copieux et préparé avec soin. Mais la directrice est stressée, au bord du burn out et s'est montrée très désagréable. Qu'elle soit débordée ou mal organisée, je peux le comprendre, qu'elle soit ouvertement hostile et agressive, c'est plus embêtant.

Fint hotel ude på landet

Værelset var dejligt stort, meget rent og havde det der skulle være. Det er ud på landet, lige ved en stor rundkørsel. Hvilket dog ikke giver gener da det er bagsiden der vender mod den. Det er lidt svært at se at det er et hotel hvis man kommer fra den "forkerte"side, tror der er en vej der er blevet ændret. Morgenmaden var udmærket. Madame var venlig, men ikke så god til engelsk, men med vores samlede brokker på hhv engelsk og fransk gik det fint :-) Der er restaurant på hotellet, vi spiste dog ikke her men inde i Clermont Ferrand, men kunne se at mange andre (også lokale) gjorde.

Nice hotel with a rustic touch.

Used this as base to explore the massif central since it's close Vulcania and the Puys du Dôme. Simple but spacious rooms that can get quite hot on sunny summer days. Thick pine beams are visible throughout the rooms. Nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast. The restaurant is also very good.

Empfang und Restaurantservice sehr freundlich, haben gut gespeist, Lage etwas abseits daher sehr ruhig. Landhausidylle. Die Empfehlungen des Chefs bezüglich Rundreise waren sehr hilfreich in Anbetracht des Nebels. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Quiet, little hotel

My wife and I spent a night at the Montania. We were almost alone in the hotel as it was middle of the week, off season. The room was large and comfortable. Although the hotel is situated along a road that is busy during the day, there was little traffic during the night and the double pane windows prevent from hearing it. Since there are few restaurants around we had dinner at the hotel. It was good and very reasonably priced. The next morning, we had a very nice breakfast in the breakfast room. The staff was courteous and attentive.

Les plus : personnel accueillant, chambre spatieuse. Les moins : un peu bruyant (chambre au dessus du restaurant: bruit des chaises) - difficile d'avoir de l'eau chaude (il faut laisser couler l'eau longtemps voire très longtemps)- rien pour accrocher les serviettes vers lavabo.
