Staff ( owner) cheated rate of currency exchange ended up over charged huge amount. And she intentionally changed from initial assignment to other room where it’s impossible to sleep without air conditioning. Upon requested, other room was assigned with extra charge. I feel being ripped up by this hotel or owner. Americans need caution. Prepare Peruvian cash before enter. She did not like credit card payments. I want to go back to claim my change but i do not want to see her face again. Use others even with more money.

This was a very nice place to stay. Pool was very nice and lounge chairs under shade. Hotel location was terrific. Staff at reception vry acomodating. Breakfast simple but nice enough. Breakfast staff excellent considering language issues.

We enjoyed our brief stay here. Location is great near the plaza, the staff whilst only spoke limited English were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. The courtyard and pool area was lovely to relax in too.

Immaculate hotel in the center of Nazca. Excellent rooms, well-kept grounds including a pool. Massive secure parking area. Super-friendly staff. Only negative was the terrible wifi (not just slow, but misconfigured so it only worked half the time without a hack from someone with tech knowhow).

The rooms are clean and the pool is a refreshing oasis after being out in Nazca. The staff were both friendly and flexible. My family would definitely stay here again.

This is a very pretty little property with clean and simple rooms. The front staff went above and beyond to look after us. She changed our room type to one that was more comfortable and had air conditioning. Very kind people.

Nice basic hotel
We were positively surprised by the hotel. The rooms were clean (small though), and breakfast similar to more expensive hotels we stayed in. Would recommend.

We took a random trip to Nazca and since it was a holiday weekend this was the last option left. I am so glad it was! The staff was friendly and amazing, parking is included and they have a pool! The shared areas (pool, lawn chairs, lobby, breakfast area) were kept clean and the rooms were clean as well! Area is quiet at night and has plenty of shops around. The main plaza is like block away. Definitely recommend (and the price was great!)

Bien mais rue bruyante
Bon sejour, piscine agreable, bon emplacement de l'hotel. Rue très bruyante et bruit (fête) jusque tres tard dans la nuit, empechant de dormir.

Todo bien, la única pega es que nos querían cobrar un 5% más al pagar con tarjeta (cosa a la que me negué) es una práctica muy común en Perú

Um oásis com falhas pontuais
Ótimo estacionamento, estrutura do hotel muito agradável e fresca, silencioso, um oásis no meio do caos da cidade caótica. Consegui reservar o voo e excursão excelente rapidamente com a ajuda do pessoal da recepção. Por outro lado, não tinha ar condicionado, ao contrário do que este site dá a entender, box de cortina e ducha muito fraca. O desayuno é bem limitado, nem leite tinha para aliviar o sabor do café solúvel.

Péssimo Hotel, café da manhã lixo.
Péssima recepção; fui obrigado a pagar o valor em dinheiro; o café da manha era um paozinho murcho com um potinho de geléia uma jarra de água fervendo para colocar 60 ml de café coɔocados em um copinho e uma vitamina de leite com banana intragável. A água do chuveiro esquentava só de vez em quando. Tudo muito ruim, espero que este site descadastre esse hotel como um de seus credenciados.

En Nazca la mejor opción n relación calidad-precio
Muy augusto con el hotel, tener el estacionamiento cerca fue algo muy bueno para mí. Habitación espaciosa con lo necesario para estar cómodo para estancias cortas. El personal es servicial y atento. Desde que uno ingresa tiene establecidos protocolos de bio seguridad.
