I saw previous reviews that said it was difficult to cross the street, but that is a reality of Egypt (its simply a different way of crossing the road). I felt safe, the entrance has a metal detector and security. The hotel staff were polite and my room was cleaned everyday. "

"This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel, (I travel for work) and the service here is fantastic. The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure. I did have an issue with a cold shower on my final night, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo! "
