"Everything was excellent - and a much needed reprieve from staying in noisy beach-music Agia Anna for 4 nights. We booked this last minute - the room was stunning and clean with a beautiful view (we even received an upgrade), and the pool and bar area was QUIET! There was very light soft music but you could only hear it close to the pool bar - not in our room. We ate a mid 60s retired couple and this suited us perfectly. One of our two AC units stopped working but they addressed it as quickly as they could. The breakfast had plenty of variety and it was a real bonus. We had a car so we drove to other dinner spots (and all over the island). I would highly recommend this hotel - my only regret is that we didn’t book into it sooner."

"Very good breakfast, fantastic pool, and great beachside loungers and service! You will read 30 euros for 2 loungers and umbrella, but that’s a minimum spend on food and drinks for the set of chairs, not a fee to use them. That was a very welcome surprise! The waiters will come right to your chaise and the price is the same as at the hotel. Great experience! We didn’t use the hot tub. It didn’t seem super clean and it wasn’t very hot. Although, with the heat outside, most would probably prefer it not be super hot."

"This property was like taking a step back in time. The reception staff was very nice. The location is amazing with a minute walk to the beach and a view of the beach. It’s not on the beach but is very close to it. It is also very close to town. The rooms are odd. Definitely not up to American standards. Think like an old Holiday Inn room. The linens are bad and the shower is so odd. One of our rooms had a completely open shower with no door. It had a partition with holes so water got everywhere. The bed was not comfortable at all. They use physical keys with a wall AC unit. The patio doors were broken on both of our rooms. It was just a very strange place. The location and staff were so nice that I feel bad about leaving a bad review. But I also want to help out my fellow travelers and be honest about it. This was an odd experience that ruined my Naxos stay. Go much higher end. You get what you pay for."
