This home was built with our dream vacation in mind. Nothing between the house and the white sandy beach and the crystal clear water of Santa Rosa Sound. The house is laid out perfectly for two or three families to vacation together. If you like the Gulf or the bay this house is perfect!

Location:
Navarre Beach is a beautiful, white sand, clear water beach that consistently ranks as one of the top beaches in the country. Located on Santa Rosa Sound on the North side of the island.
• Very easy to get to from all directions
o Mobile is under 2 hours
o New Orleans is about 3.5 hours
o Baton Rouge is a little over 4 hours
o Montgomery is about 3 hours
• Far enough away from the more populated areas of Pensacola and Destin to be calm and quiet, but close enough for an easy (and beautiful) ride to take advantage of the restaurants and shopping.
Notes:
• Renters must be 26 years or older. No college or school age groups allowed without parental supervision.
• All parking must be within the driveway per neighborhood rules

My family of four and our friends, also a family of four, shared some great memories at the house over spring break. Being on the bay allowed the children to touch the water as soon as they work up. The kids loved all the toys, including the kayak. And we loved being able to fish and caught some crabs for an evening appetizer. And the sunsets were beautiful from back porch!

Unfortunately, the beach was full of June grass during our visit, however having the sound right outside the back door saved the trip. Caught a bunch of fish and swam a ton. I would definitely consider booking this property again.

This is our second year staying at this property. The location is unmatched due to the ease of access to the beach but even more easily accessed bay which is just in the backyard. This is ideal for little ones and easily being able to coordinate naps and still have outdoor time! We can’t say enough about the amenities and home layout. We’ll be back!

This was our second family vacation at this property. We absolutely love it here. It’s a perfect set up for adults and kids. Everyone enjoys the easy access to backyard beach and amazing views and sunsets. The elevator is an excellent bonus for loading luggage and groceries in and for handicapped people like my elderly mother who can’t do stairs. If you are looking to escape from people and just relax, this is the place!

The house on the bay is perfect. We spent hours on the water with paddle boards that we brought and used the kayaks and sand toys provided. Everything as advertised. The weather could have been better, but we made the most of it with the short walk to the heated pool. Perfect location for our group!

This home is so nice and well equipped with all the necessities of staying with a family. Loved being right on the beach. The sound bar side is essential for all families with young kids. The perfect setting for families with young children and those who like to fish. We loved the gorgeous views of the sunsets and even had a double rainbow over the water one morning! Outside, we enjoyed the kayaks, fishing pier, beach, hammock, and community pool. The house was fully stocked and the bedrooms with attached bathroom worked great for all of us! This was the most perfect location on Santa Rosa Sound, and the home was pristine. It was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 children (all under 7). The neighborhood is quiet and provides easy access to everything you might want to do in Navarre Beach. The private beach access is perfect for families. The home was very well stocked with toys, kayaks, and beach chairs. The host was very responsive. We will be staying here again!

We have stayed at this beautiful house on Navarre Beach, the bay side, for the last two years and are planning to return next summer. It’s perfect for our family six adults and a granddaughter 8?years old. Everyone loves it, swimming, kayaking, paddle boards and fishing from the pier. The gulf is right across the street. So what’s not to love?

My grandchildren are ages 5, 4, 2, and 2 - this was the perfect location for them to play in the water and not have to pack up the wagons to go to the beach! The water was not deep and had gentle waves so they were able to play and have a good time on the beach. The house was clean and bright, and all the bedrooms had very nice bathrooms attached which provided privacy for the adults. Also, the elevator was so nice when unpacking and then packing up to go home, no multiple trips up and down the stairs! Thank you for a great beach trip for my family!

The house was beautiful and well appointed for a large crowd. The coffee maker does take regular filters though, to save anyone a headache ;) Walmart will deliver here which super convenient on the first day. The bay was perfect for kids and adults alike. The beach is a quick walk or golf cart ride away. We loved the beach toys, chairs, umbrella and kayaks available at the house. The parking was a bit tricky but the public parking area was safe and not that far so wasn’t an issue overall. Every room has its own bathroom which is a huge plus for us. Beautiful views and beautiful home, worth the stay for sure!

the house and the beach were fabulous! the elevator was super convenient for luggage and groceries. the garage/driveway is challenging but absolutely functional, even for 3 vehicles and a golf cart! the pool was out of service the week we were there but with the bay/beach in your backyard, who needs a pool?? my dad and son fished off the dock in the backyard and we could sit on the balcony and see the fish they caught! every bedroom has its own bath plus an extra half bath on the main floor - that was perfect for us. also, any questions i had were answered immediately! we would absolutely rent this place again!

Beautiful home, great location! Fast responses and easy to communicate with the owner. Had no issues. This is a perfect place for families with small kids due to the close proximity to the Sound which was right outside the back door. Having 3 king size beds in one property was awesome and each bedroom having an attached bathroom was so nice! The two kayaks, sand toys, several rafts/floats, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs were a nice bonus. It has great sunset views too! It was as advertised! Fabulous rental!

This home is absolutely beautiful!! It was perfect for our family. The subdivision dock is almost in front of the house so the boys fished all day (and night). The water is very close to the house and is perfect for anyone. House was very clean and well cared for. The only negative is the parking. Yes, driveway is very small. Chris was super responsive and helpful. Elevator was great for my in-laws who could can not who up and down stairs. I would definitely stay here again. The view and sunsets were gorgeous.

Our family loved this property so much, we reached out to owner to see if he would sale!!!!! The location was perfect. The beachy yard was ideal with sands toys, life jackets, kayaks, beach chairs, lounge chairs. The Fishing pier was steps from home. Ocean/beach and pool a short walk. The beds were all very comfortable with the finest linens. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, we cooked all meals. The owner was quick to answer any questions. Elevator was a bonus for luggage. Layout of the home was ideal for our 3 families. Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Sunrise and Sunsets from home are amazing. It deserves more than 5 stars....It is the BEST!

We booked this house for our annual family vacation which includes our in-laws in their 80's and our grandchildren 5 months and 4 years old. This place was PERFECT for both age groups. The only complaint I would have is on the parking. It is really tight and if you have a large SUV or truck, it is almost impossible to get it in the garage. And if you do have a car in the garage on the left side, it will block the elevator. Other than that, this place is beautiful and in a beautiful location. I must also comment on the linens...Gorgeous. I am already shopping for the bath sheets and quilts provided at the house.

This is a beautiful home! Location is great. Quiet neighborhood with REALLY comfortable beds. Clean. Well equipped. The driveway/garage is HORRIBLE for parking! Furniture is not meant for older folks comfort. Beautiful sunsets and view from the deck. A gas grill would be nice and also a card table. The charcoal grill was dirty so we had to clean it before using. LOTS of stairs. The elevator made it possible for us to manage, but that can be iffy (the button stuck twice so it wouldn't operate and had to go down to "unstick it".) Our families didn't use it.

To say we were delighted is such an understatement. Truly we did not realize the property would be on its own personal beach. The views from the house are priceless. The house is gorgeous. The attention to the materials and finishes in this house is top of line. Furnishings perfect for the home. Every bed is comfortable and that says something coming from multiple hip replacements. Two master bedrooms that are difficult to choose between as they are both incredible. Beach toys to outfit a dozen children in the sand and water, oh and did I mention you are on your own private beach? Biggest decision each day was whether to experience paradise from the 2nd level deck, lower patio, pier, beach or water. Beach has always been my happy place…… and just met one of my happiest!

I really don’t want to write this review because it will just mean more people will know about this home! Location was everything for us and this certainly delivered. There was nothing better than waking up and walking out the door and stepping in calm waters and white sand. While the house isn’t overly large there is definitely space to spread out between the rooms and the outdoor living space. This house had luxury bedding and the best mattresses! The pillows were amazing. I never wanted to leave the rooms. We had some crazy mishaps where we couldn’t get in at first and then we lost our keys in the spaces of the stairs. Chris responded right away which was a blessing. The neighbors are very friendly and were up for chatting. We loved this home and could tell they were very proud owners. Fantastic place.
