Every bedroom features doors that open to a balcony so you can take in the coastal scenery, and the top-level balcony includes a large dining table—perfect for outdoor meals and sunsets.

Located in the desirable Homeport neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful, laid-back beach experience while still being just a short walk or golf-cart ride to the beach. The community also features a HOA-managed pool and private community beach/pier access on the sound, offering a quieter alternative to crowded public access points.

• The community pool and sound-side pier are managed by the HOA, not the host
• Pool hours, seasonal heating, maintenance, or closures are determined solely by the HOA
• The host does not have control over pool availability, temperature, or temporary closures
• Pool heating is seasonal only and not guaranteed year-round

By booking, guests acknowledge that HOA amenities are outside of host control and availability may vary.

• Complimentary use of a street-legal golf cart is provided as a free bonus, not included in the rental rate

🏡 House Rules & Booking Requirements (Strictly Enforced)
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old, ID verified at booking
• No parties or events
• No pets
• No smoking anywhere on the property (house, balconies, garage, or grounds)
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced — this is a family-friendly residential neighborhood

Violations of the no-smoking or no-pet policy will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
