Navarre Beach is a quaint beach community found just east of Pensacola and boasts 12 miles of sugar-white shoreline. Tucked between the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach Marine Park, this beach community offers solitude and simplicity, far from crowded theme parks and packed beaches. You will find solitude and simplicity for sun-seekers, families, outdoor adventurers, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Navarre’s pristine beaches are named among the best in the nation year after year. Visitors can sun on the beach, swim in emerald waters, enjoy a picnic in the park, or pedal along a scenic bike path.

While you’re here be sure to visit the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center. Guests can learn all about sea turtles including local celebrity Sweet Pea, a rescued green sea turtle, and conservation education. Snorkel and shore divers will enjoy the beautiful Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary and artificial reef ideal for snorkeling and diving for any skill level. Pensacola is home to the Blue Angels, the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron. If you’re lucky, you might catch them practicing on any given day while relaxing on the beach. Pensacola Beach also hosts an air show each July, and there is a show over the Naval Air Station each November. If seeing the Blue Angels isn’t enough, venture over to the Pensacola Navy Base for public access to the National Naval Aviation Museum, a Pensacola favorite, offering a rich historical experience for kids and adults alike. Flaming Sunrise has become our favorite place to stay on Navarre Beach. The condo is always clean and well stocked. We love that the pool is right outside our door and the beach is across the parking lot. The location to everything is just perfect! Susan is so easy to work with and always responds to any correspondence quickly. We can't wait to come back!

We have stayed at the Beachview complex countless times over the years. Loved our stay in this unit. Nice touches throughout, comfortable and cozy, had everything we could have wanted. Close proximity to everything the beach has to offer. We'll stay here again!

We had a family in town and always love our stays at Beachview. This was one of the units, and was perfect - better than we were expecting! Such easy access to the beach and pool area, we went back and forth between them all day. Felt like home. Well-stocked and cozy and has room to spread out. Hope to stay again!

We spent 5 days here and loved it! The condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. The furniture is newer and very nice. The beds were great and we slept well. There were beach toys and chairs in the closets and there was a very well stocked kitchen. It was a quick walk through the parking lot to the beach. We enjoyed the tennis courts and the pool as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderful place to kick back and relax away from your everyday chores. Great restaurants to partake of just down the street OR just stay in and cook on the grill. We had a wonderful week, my wife shelling and me enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sound of the waves. We’re planning on visiting again as soon as we can.

Owner called to sure I had no problems greeting in Condo on my arrival. That was nice and was available to answer any of my concerns. Everything was very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking pans. Great location for getting to the beach. Or you could walk out your back door to enjoy the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Flaming Sunrise is a gem. Sweet little condo for our family getaways. We liked it so much last year, we made sure to book again for this year. We just got back from our 2nd trip and it was wonderful. The new renovations to both the bathrooms with the addition of walk in showers was amazing. This place feels like home away from home. Plenty of space for our family of 5. It's a very short walk right at the walkway onto the beach.

Owner was very responsive during booking process. Everything was as indicated. Kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Really appreciated the 2 King beds. Condo was very clean, was super easy to access during our stay. Pool was well maintained and staff was very friendly. Loved the sound machines in both bedrooms. Would request this condo for any return trip to this complex. We have stayed in this complex with various family member for 6 years.

Flaming Sunrise Condo definitely exceeded our expectations. The condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The location is adjacent to the pool and steps from the beach. The kitchen has all the tools to make memorable meals. There are plenty of dishes and cookware. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets and very comfortable king size beds and light blocking curtains. The bathrooms are modern. I especially enjoyed the patio which has plenty of chairs and two rocking chairs. The patio is perfect for enjoying the morning sun and coffee. The neighbors are very friendly. The owners made sure our stay was perfect. I’m looking forward to our return next year.

Our family of parents, grandma, and 2 young children enjoyed a Thanksgiving week vacation at Navarre Beach. The condo had a good setup for our needs, including kitchen with washer/dryer unit for laundry (a must) at the beach. The location beachside (2 min walk across the parking lot and over the dunes) was ideal as well as its location next to the Springhill Marriott hotel next door (which has great beachfront pool and hot tub that you could access with resortpass.com). We did not use the condo pool or tennis court during our stay but they seemed in good shape. Regarding location- Navarre Beach is restful, on the quieter side. Gulf Islands National Seashore a few minutes drive down the road. Lots of kid fun/amenities in nearby Destin and Pensacola Beach (each about a 30 min drive from Navarre Beach).

This was our first time to Navarre Beach, the weather was beautiful and the condo was great. It was just as described. It was just a short walk to the beach. It had plenty of towels which was also nice. There were a closet full of beach toys and 2 chairs and 2 umbrellas for our use. The beds were clean comfortable. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We could sit on the patio, relax and enjoy the pool which was just a few steps away and that was nice as well. Before our arrival the owner, Susan was a great help in getting our Reservation set up as it was a change of plans last minute due to the hurricane in PCB. We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo in our first trip to Navarre. Susan, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to texts/messages. (My daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal there and Susan made sure it was locked up to so she could mail it back when she came down:) A huge deal to a child that it didn’t just get tossed out!) The condo is perfectly situated for a “walk” to the beach. Maybe 50 steps—not even an issue! No cart needed. While it doesn’t face the ocean, it’s basically as close as you can get to it and the walkway to the beach. The unit backs right up to the pool yet was never loud or noticeable. Other guests and residents were friendly and quiet. (Although we could hear every movement possible from the upstairs folks—but it could have been that there were way more guests than allowed up there.) Lots of comfy seating in the living room and adequately furnished kitchen. We would absolutely go back to this condo and recommend it to others:)

Our stay at Flaming Sunrise was a relaxing time with our family. Flaming Sunrise was a nice two bedroom, two bathroom place to stay that is right by the beach. It isn't one of those high rise condos with lots of people. It is a ground floor unit. You park your car in front of door and walk in. The back door has a patio by the pool and is very nice. They had a table and around 6 chairs on their patio. They also have a hose to wash the sand off and we kept all of our beach chairs etc. on the patio during the week. They have a "small" communal charcoal grill right by our patio. We only used it once and it got the job done. I had read that they don't allow you to bring your own gas/charcoal grill so we brought an electric griddle and and electric skillet. I used them to cook on the patio. They have electrical outlets on the patio. They also had some beach toys and a beach chair in the closet which was nice. The people who live in this complex were friendly to us and we enjoyed our time at Navarre Beach. This is our third time to come to Navarre Beach but our first time to stay at Flaming Sunrise. They were very easy to work with and took good care of us at check in and check out. We look forward to coming back.
