Our Beach Colony West Penthouse condo on the 17th floor features free beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs). High demand unit . Restaurants on the island and the pier are short walk down the beach. Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. There’s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.

Rules

New AC system but do not set the AC below 68 and never leave sliding glass doors open while AC is on. Unit will freeze up & shut off.
Owners live out of state and there is no condo staff there after 5pm to assist with checkin should you encounter an issue.
If you checkin after 10pm plz observe the HOA condo quiet hours rules - be as quiet as you can with the carts and voice levels
