Beachfront Condo 3 rooms- Bed 1: Master with King and Master Bath; Bed 2: King Bed and Bath connected; Bed 3: Queen and Twin with Bath connected to Hall and room.

This is a newly renovated and professionally designed 10th floor unit with large patio overlooking the beautiful emerald coast. Professionally cleaned before each stay.

Rectangular porcelain tile in living, kitchen, halls and baths and new carpet in all bedrooms. New artwork throughout. Stainless steel refrigerator and under-counter ice maker.

4 smart TV's also recently added in all bedrooms and living room.

Premium rated unit with many upgrades.

Enjoy view of the ocean while cooking. Granite kitchen counters and bar-top with updated cabinets with 10 foot ceilings.

Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. 2 kitchen tables with seats enough for 10 people. Updated appliances.

3 very large bathrooms with garden tub and travertine shower in master bath.

All bedrooms have a walkout balcony with magnificent views of Navarre Beach and the Sound.

3 bedrooms with 2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Twin all with nice mattresses and pillow toppers added for cushion and comfort. 1 Full futon couch/bed as well.

Master bedroom area has large walk in closet that can fit a pack-n-play(provided).

Very large beachfront outdoor balcony with table and 4 chairs and bar table with 2 chairs.

Largest pool in all of Navarre Beach with sunchairs and tables. Very kid friendly.

Comes with 2 professionally managed beach chairs and umbrella.

Security gate and cameras throughout property.

Free parking in a private large triple decker parking lot. Two of the parking lots are covered. Parking garage is behind automatic gates.

Fun Getaway

Our overall stay was great and the room was fabulous! We love Navarre and Beach Colony Resort. As others have said the stove top is slow to heat but that didn’t keep us from cooking!

Great vacation

Great stay with our family, loved how close the beach access was. The pool was nice and the overall grounds were very nice. The most well supplied kitchen we have ever had, we really appreciated all it had to offer. Loved the ice maker, great addition. Great layout in the condo! Also appreciated the chairs and umbrella provided for us….overall, 10/10.

Nice but a few things need addressed.

We enjoyed our stay in Navarre. Pros: condo layout, views, beautiful beach and water, pool CONS: main door to the balcony is really hard to get closed. Condo needs a deep cleaning. Dust on the fans lamp. Overall a good experience.

Good property

Very nice property. Clean. Oven runs super hot at the bottom, be careful! The stove top is super slow to heat. Ice maker is a wonderful addition. The sliding glass door from the living room needs to be repaired, it takes a Herculean effort to open. Bedroom door is much easier to open. It’s a very spacious unit, especially the master bedroom. Laundry room is nice to have. One issue we had was the WiFi being out for over 24 hours. In this new world of telework, we needed WiFi as we were “on the clock”. Owner sent me a number of a person to call. I called and left a message but the call was never returned. Overall, I would recommend this property.

We had the best time and the condo was perfect! We loved that each room had a balcony and its own bathroom! The view was stunning and the beach was perfection. There was no problems setting up our own tent on the beach, we’ve run into that before and no problems here! The hosts were quick to respond and so kind, we will most definitely be back!

Always love this place!

This is my second year staying at this condo. It is beautiful, spacious and I appreciate the little touches the owners give, such as leaving two laundry pods in the washroom for our stay.

Can’t wait to stay again. Perfect Beach getaway! Exceeded my expectations. We loved sitting out on the extra large balcony. The kitchen table view was even incredible overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound. Owner was very helpful throughout the entire booking process and very easy to get in touch. Highly recommend staying here.
