From March 1st - October 31st -- each guest family booking our unit will receive TOTALLY FREE !!! -- daily beach chair service. This FREE service can save a guest family (staying one week during the SUMMER season) over $400. Our third floor, 1 Bed/1.5 Bath unit - SeaDuced - is the HIGHEST RATED VRBO VACATION RENTAL OF ANY VACATION RENTAL FOUND ANYWHERE ON NAVARRE BEACH AND DIRECTLY ON (AND FACING) THE GULF OF MEXICO !!! Comfortably sleeps six adults and for the convenience of all guests, the front door has an electronic keypad which allows our guests the freedom of going directly to the unit upon arrival eliminating the need to "check in" or ever need a key.

Professionally furnished and tastefully decorated our unit has a fully stocked kitchen including two coffee makers ("Mr. Coffee" style and "Keurig" style). In the great room is a large 55" HDTV with cable TV and free high speed internet throughout the unit. The bedroom is furnished with a king -size bed and a wall mounted TV/DVD combo. Included in the unit are two full size bunk beds (6'2" long) and a pull out sleeper sofa with the patented COZY MATTRESS SYSTEM featuring a 8" thick Queen size mattress for the most comfort possible. Our private balcony is equipped with a counter height "bistro" table and chair set for your early morning viewing of dolphins frolicking in the Gulf while you enjoy breakfast or a romantic sunset dinner. In addition to the "bistro" table and chair set you will find two additional counter height chairs (and small table) for stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico (binoculars provided) with its turquoise-blue ocean waters and sugar white shoreline dotted with golden brown sea oats. The Inn at Summerwind provides a peaceful and serene setting directly on the Gulf of Mexico and is situated next to the longest fishing pier on the Gulf Coast (over quarter mile long and thirty feet above the water). For extra peace of mind our unit is professionally managed (24/7) by Best Beach Getaways (an on site vacation rental office) located just two floors below our unit, in the lobby of The Inn at Summerwind building. As relaxing as you will find Summerwind you are still just a short drive to many of the top tourist attractions in Destin, Ft. Walton and Pensacola. Great long weekend

We had a great experience with check in and the condo was just as advertised. Our host even made a special trip to accommodate us which was above and beyond. Great walkability to have a relaxed beach vaca but still have enough restaurants and bars and activities. Would definitely stay again

Winter beach trip

Came for a little long weekend getaway in January and had an amazing time! Randy was a great host, even working with me to change my travel dates when an unexpected conflict came up. Loved the view from the balcony, and the condo itself was very clean and spacious. The building is right next to the Navarre pier, which I loved walking during sunset. My only regret is not being able to stay longer!

We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing stay at The Inn at Summerwind, 303E, Sea-duced. The owners are fabulous to work with! They did a great job of making sure that their condo is clean and inviting. This was our first stay at Navarre Beach and our place at 303 at the Inn at Summerwind was awesome!!!! Our place was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed. Our host, Randy, was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions and concerns quickly. The bonus of beach chairs and a table daily was a perk. Navarre truly is a laid back, beautiful place and we definitely plan to come back!!!!!

What a lovely location and property. All pictures were accurate. The view of the beach was spectacular. My only wish was that it was on a higher floor, as the daytime noise from the swimming pool was sometimes too much to sit on the porch. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d come back again

My wife and I had a great time at this condo! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. You’re right next to the pier and can fish or just walk it and see the sunrises and sunsets. You’re able to walk to 3 restaurant/bars right next door for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. You really don’t have to drive anywhere. The pools and hot tubs were really nice! The beach chairs are a really great perk also! There’s a reason why this condo has great reviews!

Beautiful and quiet

The unit was exactly as described, very clean & adequate space. The property was clean and definitely keep wrist bands on while in pool deck or beach and parking pass displayed at all times. Security will ask you for them. This is definitely a property and unit we would visit again.

Great location!

The condo was great! The location was perfect. Older kids went fishing at the pier. The younger kids enjoyed the pool and beach. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The ocean and pier view were wonderful. I took one star away for cleanliness d/t some dishes had to be rewashed. Mostly the measuring spoons and silverware. It wasn’t that big of a deal though. We would definitely consider going back.

Excellent property

Loved everything about this property and location. Property looked exactly like pictures. It was our first visit to Navarre beach and fell in love with the place. There was an issue with a water leak that required a plumber, but property owner effectively communicated with us to coordinate the service call. If you are looking for a great place to stay I would recommend this property.

Great condo in perfect beach location

We had a wonderful week in Navarre beach and were so happy with choosing this condo at Summermind. The condo was super clean and well equipped including washer/dryer. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and walking the beach every day. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants . Communication with the owner was great and he even left us a welcome package including coupons a recommendations for local restaurants which was nice touch . Check in and check out process was smooth. We would love to book this unit again next year.

Amazing

This is our second stay with Randy and his wife, and our third at Navarre Beach. We can’t say enough good things!! This place is wonderful. We even accidentally inverted our area code and Randy took care of fixing that for us. The condo is great. Very clean and comfy! New countertops since our last stay so The owners are always updating. So peaceful and relaxing here!! 110 percent happy with our stay.
