Guest access:

• Please note that no elevator is present. Stairs are needed to the second floor.
• Easy access via electronic lock
• Free and plentiful parking. No boats, trailers, golf carts, or RVs

Other things to note:

• No pets allowed per HOA. If evidence of any animals are found within the unit, there will be a $150 assessment fee charged to the guest.
• No commercial photography or filming inside the unit. You may take pictures and videos for personal use or posting to your personal social media.
• No events or parties. The occupancy limit is the number of guests in the reservation.
• No smoking, vaping, or use of any other smoking substances inside the unit or on the balcony. If evidence of any smoking is found within the unit, there will be a $500 assessment and remediation fee.
• The community is similar to an apartment building. Neighbors above or beside may be heard.
