"The front desk staff was impressively rude and unhelpful. Front door of room had to be kicked shut and wouldn’t lock. When i asked for help staff said call the number on some sticker. Shower didnt work , bathroom door would not close at all. Cant stop staff from entering room to clean. Security guard asleep, vending machines didnt work, no ice machine, arcade open but cant get tokens. Whole place including room smelled like pot.beach access showers didnt work. Staff turned off elevator every day while they cleaned. It was the worst hotel experience ive ever had in my life. Place should be condemned."

"We had a wonderful stay with about 20 guests for a combined birthday and Mother’s Day celebration. The home was spacious, comfortable, and set up perfectly for a large group without ever feeling crowded.The second‑story kitchen was impressively well stocked with cookware, serving pieces, and everything we needed for big family meals. The layout gave everyone plenty of room to gather, cook, and relax.The first floor offered the most privacy with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and convenient pool access. The second floor included a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a single bathroom, and the large, welcoming kitchen and living area where we spent most of our time together. The third floor had two bedrooms connected by a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, plus a spacious primary bedroom with an incredible view and private access to an additional shared bathroom. There was also a smaller bunk room with a trundle and sliding‑door access to the larger bedroom, which worked great for families with kids.Beach access was just a short, easy walk, and the water was absolutely beautiful. We also loved how close the home was to restaurants and gift shops—everything we needed was just a few minutes away.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories here."

"Didn't like as follows: 1: our room card didn't work 2x that the whole system had to be replaced in the door 2: was told hot tub is out of service 3: a dirty filthy stained arm chair was in your room 3: we had our do not disturb sign hanging outside and a staff member knocked on 2nd day 4: fire alarms went off on our 2nd and 3rd day 5: elevator was out of service on our 3rd to 5th day we had to use stairs with our luggages and bags we were on the 3rd floor So we will definitely ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone"
