"Everything was really good overall, but we kept running out of clean towels and toilet paper and had to ask for more multiple times. They only left one roll of toilet paper when we first arrived. The key card to our room also kept deactivating throughout our stay. Another downside was that our room was never cleaned during the entire stay."

"The house was amazing. Clean !! I didn’t see one bug! Water pressure in the showers were good! Pool was clean and big. I don’t have complaints but I do have suggestions. The queen rooms upstairs could use updated beds, as they were a little sunken in. The first couple of steps leading down to the beach is very slippery and has a slight dip. It caused like 4 people in our group to fall. These will not however keep me from rebooking this beautiful house. Love love love it!!"

"Everything was wonderful, with just a couple of issues. The set up was lovely and clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds were soft, and the events for families was an added bonus. Unfortunately, there were bugs flying in the room constantly getting into our food. THEN, every morning at 5:30 there was a horrible mechanical sound which woke me up every morning. I finally went to the store and bought a pair of earplugs to make it bearable. All and all a nice environment, however the insects in the room and loud noise at 5:30 every morning will likely cause us to find another location when we come back in July"

"We have a big family, and I brought the grand’s and the grandkids with us. This is a great property to rent. If you have a senior with you who cannot walk long distances to a beach. There were a couple minor things that happened that the owner responded to very quickly. I would not hesitate to rent this property. We had a wonderful time if you’re bringing your grandkids bring a kite to the beach. They will have so much fun."

"This unit is really in need of a deep clean and air circulation. It smells wet and musty. The fans that work are covered in dust and overall just felt and looked dirty. The kitchen was barely equipped to get by. Lucky for us, there were only three people staying because there were literally only three forks available. No pots to use, only frying pans. We come to PCB twice a year and unfortunately, this is not a place I would stay in again. "

"Overall we had a great stay. Beautiful views, however I learned I am not fond of great heights. Lol. 20th floor is pretty high for me. The place was generally clean and comfortable. A few things the owner needs to address but we went with it. We had issues with the front door stop, refrigerator door sticks making it really hard to open the fridge. Note no water dispenser or ice machine. Ice trays were provided. No regular kuerig coffee on hand as advertised. The sheet on the bed was pretty disgusting honestly. It was completely worn out with actual hair balls. We just used a blanket instead. I’m sure if we had called the owner would have corrected this. The bedroom lacked adequate lighting for me. Appreciated the beach towels, however if there are more than 2 people I don’t think there were enough shower towels. Everything else was good as advertised. The pool and hot tub looked inviting. The ocean is gorgeous! Like I said, overall it was a great vacation. These are just the little things and I feel the owner will address them. Good bless!"
