"Lovely yurt with a beautiful view out back. Easy drive to downtown Durango for dinner. Having a mini fridge and option to turn on heat or AC was great. After our kids fell asleep, my husband and I sat out on camp chairs to look at the stars - so memorable and would definitely stay again next time were in Durango."

"We had a great stay. The house isn’t very far from Pagosa and was an easy drive into Durango as well. The property is in a neighborhood, but feels very private, especially the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. You’ll definitely want 4WD or AWD to get in and out of the driveway if the weather is wet at all."

"This was a wonderful stay. The house was on a great stretch of the San Juan and my husband and kids fly fished successfully for rainbow and brown trout on the private stretch of river right behind the house. We saw deer and turkeys right in the yard. The house had plenty of space and was clean and comfortably appointed. Good communication with the host. The house was perfect for us."

"We visit Durango often and decided to stay on the south side instead of north side like normal. We were pleasantly surprised. The view of the river, the easy trip into town where are amazing. Everything was thought of with porch, grill, firepit, hot tub and so much more. We would for sure stay here again."

"We had a great stay in early November. There is a shooting range close by, lots of public property for hiking, fishing and just enjoying the amazing views of SW Colorado. The home is all on one level with lots of room for a big group. The manager Danielle was very responsive and everything was as advertised."

"This place is a little off the main road but extremely worth it once you’re there. The house is very comfortable to just lounge around all day in if you want but the best part is the outdoors. The creek and valley views are awesome - even better while relaxing in the hot tub. We had a blast staying at this house and would definitely do it again in the future!!!"
