"Das Haus ist in einem modernen Zustand. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Der Check In klappte sehr gut und die Besitzer waren sehr hilfreich. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Nur eines störte ein bisschen. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, gerne mal ein bisschen länger schlafen möchte, ist das hier zur Zeit leider nicht möglich. Natürlich kann hier nichts der Hausbesitzer etwas dafür, aber die Air Base der Amerikaner hat zur Zeit enormen Flugverkehr.Die Basis liegt in unmittelbare Nähe und die Flieger kommen...

"Wirkt von außen sehr einladend. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr alt. In der Dusche waren Haare vom Vorgänger.Im Schlafzimmer roch es sehr modrig ( hier scheint die Wand zum Badezimmer nass zu sein). Es gab keine Matratzenschoner, was für uns für eine Ferienwohnung nicht hygienisch ist.Steht in unseren Augen in keinem guten Preisleistungsverhätnis.Die Vermieter selbst sind sehr freundlich und kooperativ."

"Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Niels. Sehr ruhige und bequeme Lage. Nicht weit vom Golfclub Lietzenhof. In der Ferienwohnung gab es alles, was man für den kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch Kaffee, Salz, was man oft nicht dabei hat. Auch die Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Es hat an dem Tag geregnet. So konnten wir nach der Golfrunde die Jacken schnell trocknen. Schönes großes Bad mit viel Licht. Vielen Dank."

"Staff ( especially Sara) were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking on site. Short walk to riverfront restaurants and a nice walk to all of the historic sites. Absolutely fabulous breakfast and a modern/ clean facility. We give this hotel an 11 out of 10 - it was WONDERFUL"

"Great location!10-15min walk from the train station. No elevator was available for our use, but no problems getting up to our room. When we first walked into the room, we were overjoyed to see such a charming and very nicely decorated room after coming from a chain hotel in Stuttgart and Wurzburg. Nice size room and bathroom. We chose not to have our rooms cleaned daily during our 3 day stay (environmentally unnecessary ) and each day the house staff left clean towels, and a new bottle of water outside even though we did not need it. What a nice touch! The reception staff person who checked us in and out was very welcoming and warm! Breakfast buffet and service was wonderfuI! I would definitely stay here again! Charming family run hotel and restaurant! The main restaurant on the Ground floor was wonderful with great German food and service! However the same could not be said about the restaurant in the cellar. AVOID and don't waste your time! Same food as the regular restaurant upstairs but we thought we would give that restaurant a try because of it's ambience and history. It was beautiful but the service was HORRIBLE! I felt sorry for the server who was the only one down there with another person helping him. Took us over 30min to get our menu and almost as long to get our drinks. We were there for over 2 hours from start to end and most of that time was waiting to get served and noticed!!! 2 other tables who came after us left after having a similar experience of waiting."

"Trier is so beautiful and the town square is vibrant and fun, and the location of the hotel for access was excellent, restaurant staff and breakfast was excellent, front staff were excellent! Room bathroom was tiny, as is often in Europe, but shower would be difficult if you have mobility issues. The tub is a bit taller to step into and then you have to reach around the half glass partition to turn on the shower. But then the glass partition did not keep the spray inside so we always ended up with a big pool of water on the floor. Towels weee quite small compared to other hotels we have stayed in while in Germany. Plug ins are limited in the room. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not very comfortable."
