Stayed at Novotel for a 3 day business trip, main reason was location (close to Banamex Expo Center). Room was good, didnt like the fact that my room didnt have a good.view and was kind of dark. Basic amenities, great breakfast and good service.

Good stay. Like a European experience. Nice rooms, kind of small, but very nice. Some small details need attention, like a blinking light from the TV furniture, not working telephone handset (only the speakerphone). Terrace was closed. I would stay there again, but just little things that need ...
