"This place was filthy, dirty dishes in the oven , broken and dirty bbq, floors all through the house not swept or mopped, black mould in the ceiling downstairs , leaking bathroom that leaked constantly to the downstairs through the black mould on to us while playing pool, etc etc etc...... much more that could be said negative which is very unfortunate as this property is in a great location."
