Although we did not meet the staff other than the very professional cleaning staff they were always an email away and responded quickly. Studio we stayed in was all you need, modern, clean and functional."

"When we showed up the code wasn't working - we were able to sort that out after a few calls. But when we got to the room it wasn't what was advertised at all. It's pretty far outside the city center so the reason we stayed here was because the photos of the room we booked looked like it had a huge living room and kitchenette. The room we actually got was a small cramped one. They ended up getting us into the bigger room the following night - but only offered a 10% refund. On top of that I think...

"I did not get my check in instructions ahead of time and was locked out on the first night. I had to pay 244 euros for a hotel. Neither summer day nor Expedia would refund me. Fraud as they blamed each other. The internet did not work in my room and the person who responded could only say “good luck”. Horrible place to stay. Would not recommend either summer day or Expedia. "
