The location was great - just a block from the entrance of NTU and the Gongguan MTR, and right across the street from the Gongguan shopping area with a night market, tons of great little restaurants and cafes. The room itself was not in the best state - the carpet had some stains and there was dust on some surfaces. "This property uses very old, torn towels bedding, with holes and tears and cuts in them. Has no place to hang clothes oe towels in the bathroom. Very tight limited place. No shower curtain. No, Do not disturb sign. Provides paper and plastic cups for hot/cold water that are not suitable to use. Small closet that the door can not be opened, as the TV screen is in the way. Property is need of serious renevoation."

    "We had a good experience staying at this hotel. Our luggage was safe when we dropped it off in the morning before checking in. The hotel was clean and for the most part we didn't hear noise from the surrounding rooms. It was easy to do laundry but the dryer to the right did not work well. The two washers and dryers required coins, which we could get from the front desk. The metro entrance was right outside the building making it easy to travel around the city. We didn't pay for the breakfast at the hotel but had no trouble finding food nearby. "
