"Beautiful hotel, close to everything, parking was at a free lot about a 6-8 minute walk so not real close but just fine. Breakfast was abundant with many options. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Didn’t use pool but looked clean and the outdoor patio area was also open for breakfast. View of the water from our room was a bonus!"

"This review relates specifically to a situation that we had. We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and during one of those nights the hotel had a number of school aged children that were running unsupervised up and down the halls and banging on doors, yelling, etc. We called down to complain twice and the second time the person at reception was quite rude and hung up on us- he was clearly frustrated as well. Quite a surprise to experience this in a 4 star hotel. While they apologized, they could have easily placed all children and teachers in a separate area of the hotel where they were not bothering others. As well, nothing was offered in lieu of a night where we had no sleep. Food was ok, location was good. I would struggle to recommend this hotel to others. "
