"It's a budget hotel near Roma Termini station. The location is perfect for traveling by train. My room was what I would call substandard, even for a budget hotel. There was no reading lamp near the bed, only one single lamp for the entire room. One needed to get out of bed to turn the light off for the night. The room was very small with hardly any space to place things. When I walked around the bed, I hit the TV on the wall.. the bathroom was ok, but only had one single plastic cup. There were no drinking cups in the room. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was well stocked and the room had a working safe. Staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room were very friendly."

"One of the best breakfasts I've ever had, and it was complimentary. Mini bar was also complimentary, and stocked with a couple beers, a small bottle of prosecco, and some house sodas. Spa was nice enough, and discounted entry for guests. No complaints at all"

"It was a nice place with great staff. The rooms were a little small. The greatest complaint was that there was frequently almost no hot water for showers. The breakfast was decent, but it was the same every morning. No variation, so it became a bit monotonous."

"Room was well sized but our shower was barely working and our safe was broken. They make it seem as if it’s closer to the center but it’s right next to terminal. For what we paid, I could’ve stayed at a nicer hotel… but it was okay."

"Extremely beautiful old world style hotel. I love this hotel! And the room that you see in the brochure… is the one you get to stay in! Lovely breakfast, large windows , comfortable beds, nice quality linens, huge and wonderful bathrooms. But best of all great security, wonderfully helpful staff, and an excellent location. My only hotel for Rome! "

"The breakfast was fine. Honestly you’d probably have a better time if you just went to the coffee shop and had a coffee and croissant but if you’re looking for the full American style breakfast then this is a solid fine. The location is also fine. You are close to the Termini Station so you can walk to the metro station but almost everything is 20ish minutes away. The most surprising thing was the staff. The front desk was a little rude. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything in the hallways. When we called down to ask if they could come check on the kids running up and down the halls and stairs at 10pm they told us to just wait 30 minutes and see what happened. When I asked for them to just come and check they said they would come talk to us in our room instead. Once they finally came to walk the hallways, the kids quieted down. Just be aware that noise does travel. We traveled with another couple who said that this was especially true if you stayed on the first floor and were near the breakfast area. So overall stay was just fine. "
