Top National Cat Adoption Centre - Visitors Centre Hotel Reviews
Ashdown Park Hotel & Country Club
10/10 Excellent
"Exceptional! Great customer service and care by staff? Spotless and gorgeous room! Beautiful grounds. The bamboo massage by Kate was heavenly. I will definitely return ❤️"
"The owner was completely u responsive to my messages, leaving us with no accommodation on Christmas Eve. When I eventually tracked her down by showing up at the property in person, she claimed to have no knowledge of the reservation despite having confirmed the booking and the amount being paid in full. I felt she was being dishonest and took zero responsibility for her failure to respond to attempts to reach her via messaging, text or email. I cannot emphasize how disruptive and inconvenient it was to be ghosted by the host on the day of arrival. "
"Really beautiful place, perfect for a big gathering. Lovely fields and woods to wander in before jumping in a hot tub amd curling up in from of the fire. Thank you so much for your hospitality!"
