"Excellent hotel in a great neighborhood. First and foremost, the service was excellent all around — from the check-in desk to the room servicing to the bartender and beyond. The answer to any demand was always “yes”. Second, the incredible hotel manager is on site and personally makes sure everything is running well. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area but near everything — grocery store, shopping, restaurants, park. Its restaurant and bar serve legitimately good food at a decent price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a wonderful experience — mostly due to the fact that the people who work there seem to enjoy what they do, and so it reflects on everything. "
"The room was amazing! So spacious! The location was great. The breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. The hotel was beautiful. The one thing I felt was the room temperature was
Hot. Yaquelin "
"If room floor between bedroom and kitchen does not have up/down steps, that stay could be perfect. Multiple people from my group tripped. It could be a danger for falling or twisting ankle then ruin your trip. Several motion or sound activated the floor lights was installed around the area, which helps a bit but the light could turn on when you move in the bed unexpectedly, not good for light sleepers too. Hope they fix the ditch and make the floor even and flat. It is a very weird design and made a simple thing more complicated and cause problem."
"My son & I had a wonderful stay at Marcella. The hotel is beautiful with old world Italian charm. The room was quite nice & clean & the bed was comfortable. The toiletries in the bathroom were also wonderful! The staff at Marcella was always attentive to our needs & upon arrival, the gentleman working the reception desk recommended a casual restaurant right around the corner, where we enjoyed a delicious pasta dinner with exceptional service. I definitely recommend staying at Marcella if you want to be within a few miles of all of Romes attractions. "
