"There are many options in this area. Most of them are gross and run down. My family and I stayed at Comfort Suites and were very impressed. the Breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable. This will be our go to in the future"
"We had planned a stay in Nov. and my husband didn’t realize he chose the wrong month.
When we arrived and called that our room key wasn’t on the mailbox. They were there to accommodate us in know time. Booked us for that night. Then let us know of places to visit that evening and the next day!! The home was decorated beautifully and our stay was wonderful!! Thank you again Sugar Cane Inn!!"
Caroline Pointe Hideaway a peaceful retreat on Cotile Lake in Central Louisiana
10/10 Excellent
"This is an amazing house on Cotile Lake with beautiful views all around. The hosts take it to the next level with responsiveness and hospitality. It has a great dock for fishing - it’s next a point with a cypress cove on the opposite side. Highly recommend this location if you’re visiting Central Louisiana!"
Cinematic Lake house on Nantachie Lake
Located in Central Louisiana
10/10 Excellent
"This is a hidden gem. If youre looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Very quiet to do your relaxing, or fishing. The neighbors were very quiet during our 5 day stay. Cabin is very nice. Everything was perfect. We will be back. "
"We enjoyed being in the middle of nature, right next to a pond, that is connected to Rodemacher Lake. In the evening and night the frogs were singing their orchestra, and you wake up with birds singing. If you like this, then this is your place. If you don't like bugs, then this might be challenging. The cabin is equipped with all you need. It is a little outdated, but that fits the location."
