Located within the Natchitoches Historic District, this relaxing retreat has been updated with rustic style and features an expansive entry/ kitchen area with plenty of seating at the island, dining table, and chairs. There are beautiful wide plank floors and rugs throughout the common areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. A beautiful spiral staircase winds it way to the downstairs floor where you will find a spacious den with a queen sleeper sofa, bar area with mini-fridge, big screen TV, bedroom and bath.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to cook and create a magnificent meal. There is a five burner gas range top, 2 built in electric ovens, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils.

The 3 bedrooms are large at 200-225 sq ft each and the master and downstairs bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and feature Casper mattresses, luxurious linens and flat screen televisions. All the bedrooms have french doors that open out onto rear porches and the river.

All three bathrooms have large walk in tile showers with bench seats. The bathrooms have plenty of storage space and are stocked with plush bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The master bath also features a generous soaking tub. There are double vanities in each bathroom so everyone has plenty of room. A commercial sized tank-less water heater ensures that you will never run out of hot water.

Outside, the rear porches both upstairs and down, run the width of the house at 60'. there are plenty of seating options, and it is a very relaxing spot for morning coffee. Behind the carport is a gorgeous new 16X27 deck with a patio table and chairs, charcoal grill. There is a private pier/boat dock at the river, and it is a great spot to get in a little fishing.

We have a no pet policy, however family pets have visited the property, so we cannot guarantee it is allergen free. The cleaning crew will sweep, mop and vacuum between each guest.

There is parking for up to 6 vehicles in the circular driveway.
